    Invoice #1981074

Please extend my VPS for a 4th year, and apply price locking.

    Thanks!

Great! What location is this, if I may ask?

Sounds like you didn't do anything on your end to get it. Do you know how it was configured, statically, DHCPv6, stateless?

I got myself a VPS in NY today, assuming it would have IPv6 as well, but no luck yet.

    Thanks!

@MassiveGRID, what is the LE for bringing the price down from .67$/m to the advertised .49$/m by adding the extra year to the three-year plan?

    Thanks!

Could you please apply the price lock bonus and 4th year?

It's been almost a month, but I didn't get the bonus yet. Can I still get it?

  • hyunhyun Member

To be honest, MassiveGRID’s service is truly subpar. I purchased five servers, and while the initial three months were acceptable, they’ve since experienced monthly outages on average. Recently, I’ve noticed a severe decline in MassiveGRID’s network performance—one of my servers even had its bandwidth throttled to 10 Mbps, rendering it practically unusable. These machines might as well be decorative, as they’re completely unfit for actual use.

  • The download speed is so slow even at 7 Mbps sometimes, which make this unusable. Please fix it or stop selling :3

The server is truly slow these days can't lie. It was good at start. rn it's throttling at like download 11 mbps/upload 156 mbps. can't even do a simple ftp.

I've felt something similar too. Starting a simple test in Ookla can take forever. Then it starts normally but takes a long time at the beginning or fails.

Even logging into your remote desktop/SSH can take an indecent amount of time or fail. There's currently a strange delay in connecting to TCP ports. It looks like the same transfer delay the MassiveGrid homepage is experiencing, but even longer.

  • I hope this gets resolved, MassiveGrid.

    It works perfectly..

  • The VPS speed is just slightly faster than 56k dial-up

  • My VPS was slow and a reboot fixed it.

Rebooting only fixes the problem if the VPS is relocated to another cluster. It has nothing to do with the quality of the connection, which is currently poor on TCP ports.
Try accessing the massivegrid homepage and you'll notice that it loads slowly, just like what happens with their servers.
