    Till now nobody complained about less CPU performance for INDIA vps.

    We have lots of server like this, and yes we do move VM if we see above 60% CPU uses.

    @HostDZire - if there is not enough space, simply stop provisioning and refund. People will understand.

    If you really want to honour all orders, simply use some space from other servers. Whatever you do, please keep your business and accounting flowing. Don't make mistakes you will later regret. Math never lies - your business comes above what all consumers want because you get to always decide what you sell and how much.
