Hard to say no, though the network speed to me is a bit lacking from the IN LG... Those specs though...
It is the price man. The price of $32 is quite high. And India does not come with IPv6 (just IPv4).

tbf not gonna resist to some insane deal, as my only requirement is 1c2g and as much bandwidth as possible
ipv6 is no dealbreaker in this case, m y love hostdzire even without ipv6
$32 is quite cheap tbh, considering the specs. The bandwidth is pretty costly in India
