BYOIP VPS Provider

Looking for a BYOIP provider in the US (Chicago preferred, second would be Dallas, third would be Denver, fourth would be Phoenix).
I have a /24 I'd like to bring along with me and use my own IPs on the VPS's I create. I also have my own ASN I can bring/use.
Per the guidelines:
VZ Type: Any
Number of Cores:1 or 2
RAM: 1, 2, 4 GB
Disk Space: 10-20GB
Disk Type: Open
Bandwidth: The more the merrier. (2 TB, 4TB, Unlimited?)
Port Speed: Open
DDoS Protection: Not necessary
Number of IPs: I have my own 
Location: Chicago preferred, second would be Dallas, third would be Denver, fourth would be Phoenix -- Preferably not twelve99.net. gtt.net or cogent would be nice.
Budget: I am just ramping up this project, so 5-10$/VPS/Month
Billing period: Monthly for now, longer terms if I can get my project working.

Thanks. They are mostly twelve99.net. Looking for other options.
They are whatever you want them to be -- they have all tier1s, you make your own BGP session on the server itself (bird2 and pathvector.io make that simple) and mount the IPs yourself inside the VM. You can choose from multiple locations, including all that you said. And you can use "bgp communities" to make it not go over certain ones - like listed here: https://github.com/vultr/vultr-docs/tree/main/faq/as20473-bgp-customer-guide#readme
P.S. I am not a vultr rep or anything - just trying to help you out. For 5$ a month - it's exactly the kind of thing you'd want to use vultr for - 10gb/s connected vpses with all tier1, perfect bgp communties + upstream bgp community support, free bgp sessions, etc etc.
