I can't remember what their bigger packages were, but I have half the resources for half the price, but with a better CPU (EPYC 9554) and faster uplink or even cheaper if you used one of their several 20% top-up bonus offers (so approximately €4/month for 16 GB memory, 4 cores, 200 GB NVMe CEPH and 2 Gbit/s uplink)

I have a ryzen vps @berohost 10Gbps FRA1, and they have good support. I like the 3 backups slots, multiple custom iso. Ideal for testing !
They don't cut it with 100% cpu, but don't make the fool, stay FAIR or go.
I don't know but I never had a problem and i never got contacted by them but I'm not using 100 percent all the time, I keep it fair since it's a vps.
