I don't want them to degrade the quality or hurt their business for that lol. But If they're crazy enough to make that crazy thing happen sustainably, I'm probably done hunting VPS for my lab maybe for life lol. I'm very satisfied with their service so far.

I would like to publicly send this heartfelt and glowing letter of appreciation to VeloxMedia and Lewis.
Before purchasing a server from VeloxMedia, I had owned more than 10 servers from various providers and had communicated with those companies via tickets and emails. But I can confidently say — VeloxMedia and Lewis are the best service provider I have ever encountered.
Let me share what happened. On July 2nd, I first purchased the special $7/year deal listed in this thread. I chose to pay via cryptocurrency, but the third-party crypto gateway had issues — it showed that only $5 was received. At that time, it was already past 11 PM UK local time. I submitted a ticket, without expecting a reply that night — after all, it was quite late (I had even mentally prepared myself for the possibility of the order being canceled due to a payment issue).
To my surprise, just five minutes — yes, only five minutes — after I submitted the ticket, Lewis replied. He activated my server and assured me that he would get to the bottom of this issue. His response already reflected that he had done some investigation and confirmed it was indeed a problem with the crypto payment gateway.
The next morning, I submitted another ticket, and again, within five minutes, Lewis replied with a solution and fixed all issues related to my server. He promised to handle the payment discrepancy on his end, and told me I could enjoy using the server with no worries at all.
Never before have I encountered a provider like VeloxMedia — someone who responds this fast, understands the issue clearly and intelligently, takes the customer’s side, solves the customer’s problem first, and then deals with the backend complexities on their own. I genuinely felt the spirit of true service.
And the $7 machine itself worked great, so I went ahead and purchased another — the £20/year 36GB RAM server. I also recommended VeloxMedia to several of my friends because I believe they will be just as satisfied as I am.
If you, like me, have servers from multiple different providers, and you’re reading this, I believe you’ll also understand just how rare and valuable this level of service truly is.
I’ve experienced cases where Google Cloud Platform wrongly overcharged me due to a system error. After over a month of back-and-forth emails with their support and even after providing proof that the issue was entirely on their billing system — complete with screenshots — I was still forced to bear part of the cost.
I used to consider it normal if a provider replied within 72 hours, and I’d feel extremely grateful if I got a response in 24 hours. VeloxMedia and Lewis have completely reshaped my expectations of how good and fast cloud service can be. This truly left a deep impression on me.

Probably caused by bad bots hammering your IP. I was also confused when just a few hours after my VPS active, my bandwidth usage already reached 40G+ for incoming traffic. Blocking all ports except the ones you need and installing something like fail2ban turns out very effective for this. My bandwidth usage has been stable since then.

Yes, they can run multiple self-hosted apps, depending on requirements, you might need more RAM/CPU vs Disks, but this would be a more unique case.
We only use SSD or NVMe disks, Our nodes currently have plenty of extra space, to keep the costs lower I would offer SSD for you which is much faster than HDD
