Having Trouble Registering a Leaseweb Singapore Account – Any Advice or Solutions?

gonegone Member

Hi everyone,
I’ve been trying to register a Leaseweb Singapore account but have been rejected three times already. I’ve submitted multiple documents (ID, address verification, etc.), but they keep saying the information doesn’t meet their requirements. I’m really not sure what I’m missing.

Has anyone here successfully registered a Leaseweb SG account recently? I’d really appreciate it if you could share what documents you provided or any tips that helped you get approved.

Also, if anyone happens to have an unused account or a working solution, feel free to reach out privately.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Personal or Business entity? As I can remember and CMIIW, Leaseweb only accept business customer.

Their KYC is getting increasingly annoying in the past few years. Businesses only and rounds of verifications involved.
Probably just make your life easier and buy from leaseweb resellers such as @HostDZire.

I was preparing for a corporate document, but it still didn't pass. I was really exhausted.

I mainly want machines from Asia Pacific, such as Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan, and leaseweb's price is very suitable and the quality is also great.

They are great, but the price is slightly more expensive than Leaseweb, so I want to register a Leaseweb account and buy it myself.

Linode is too expensive for me. I use around 1 to 2 TB of data per day, but my budget is only $50. I'm mainly looking for a provider that offers high bandwidth and fast speed — nothing else really matters.

You can't expect resellers to sell for less than leaseweb sells directly, there's always a tradeoff. cpu steal, slow support, etc.

I'm wondering what the issue is in your case.
I literally just send them a certificate of incorporation, answered the couple questions they had and they activated my account on the same day.

What kind of documents are you submitting?

I didn't answer their questions. To be more precise, I didn't receive their questions. I followed the instructions to submit the corresponding documents, and then waited for a few days before being rejected by email. How did you receive their questions? Was it by phone or email?
