Need Canada Dedicated/Bare Metal Box with 128GB RAM

Processor: Flexible - workload is not overly intensive. 4-6 core+
Disk: 1TB+ Preferably RAID1 (can be software) SSD/NVMe preferred will consider spinning
Networking: 1gbps port (10+ TB transfer included)
DDoS Protection: Not necessary
1 IP (however more is appreciated such as a /29)
OOB Remote Management (ie. IPMI)
Location: Canada. Specific region does not matter, but closer to Toronto is preferred.
Let's see some prices, I have a max in mind based on similar configs I've seen, most published ones are US based (ie. Colocrossing does something like this for around $40 USD/monthly).
Willing to do 1 year upfront payment to get cost down as low as possible.
