    That is actually great. It is tiny attempt to keep away abusers, like spammers who abuse the service for a couple of days and then open dispute.

    PayPal have a bad reputation for allowing too many abusing clients and then don't help you when you can prove what they have done. It's safer to just not accept it.

    Of course there's always going to be the odd client abusing / breaking TOS &/or AUP. We deal with abusers as soon as we catch them - 99% of our clients are great and don't abuse anything :)

    Maybe when PayPal sell off again or management and TOS change to be more fairer we may consider PayPal but until then, its just not worth it.

    First they made an unexpected triple ram then triple storage offers for the 12G. What's next? What are the chances that we will get triple RAM and storage with slight price bump? I'm drooling right now lol
