I'm currently in search of a VPS or RDP server located in Italy with a 10Gbps port speed. My primary focus is on high network performance and stability, so a genuine 10Gbps uplink is important.

Can you please share what specs you have available along with the price?
Make a wish list of specs and providers will offer what they can at the lowest price they are willing to make a sale on. If you don’t need anything particular for something (like CPU) just say “any CPU.”
Of course the more flexible you are the better price you will get. You also mention 10 Gbps but does it have to be dedicated or shared? Unmetered, fair share, or bandwidth cap OK? There’s still ambiguity in your request.
