The web hosting experience with HostBrr has been incredibly fraustrating. Mind you, I had a VPS with them and still have a storage box. Both work perfectly fine.
But the hosting is PITA. I have a ticket open and has been "We are waiting for response from datacenter." for 2 days now.
This is the case with singapore dasg1 node.
At the same time, I dont wanna be an entitled bitch for $10/year but this experience has been incredibly fraustrating as the issue has been happening since day 1.
Slow download speed w/ almost all LG and wordpress and other areas. If a plugin is large enough, it will fail after timeout. The wget speed is 30KB/sec. Tried it with Hetzner's multiple LG and ReliableSite's LG file and etc. Only "fast" one is Hetzner singapore which is 9MB/sec max.
It's single person's bussiness and the timezone is different.
Everytime the owner answer my tickets, it's already mid-night here..

Unfortunately my hands are tied. I've sent numerous reports to OVH on the issue indicating where the issue is. Their support answers once every 36 hours.
I can't really do much. I know the issue is annoying but the server is functional at least. You can bypass the issue by doing manual installs by uploading the plugins yourself.
Mine has been stable enough for the price I paid. Renewed.

cPanel Germany has historically been very stable with 99.9979% uptime the last two years.

The issue has long been resolved. I do apologize for this, seems like a unfortunate series of events lead to this. It is a scenario that should not repeat itself.
