It has just been formed so the website isn't completed and the limited company registration is currently being completed with Companies House, you can check the whois of the domain and will see the group has only been formed recently.
DashAesthetics Limited is the main holder, which is a limited company - Company number: SC728981
Not sure if you are from the UK or not but you can register a company as a sole trader and you will not be listed on Companies House because it's not a requirement.
