Looking for a Storage VPS with High Abuse Tolerance

Hi all,
I'm in search of a storage-focused VPS (500GB+ HDD is fine) with at least 10TB bandwidth/month. The intended use involves public-facing services such as open datasets, mirrors, or content APIs, which occasionally trigger false positives or excessive scanner traffic.
Key needs:
- Storage: 500 GB or more (HDD OK)
- Bandwidth: 10 TB+ monthly
- 1 Gbps port preferred
- Location: preferably in regions with reasonable handling of automated abuse complaints (human review rather than auto-suspension)
- Budget: under $10/month if possible
This is not for illegal activity — just looking for hosting that won't overreact to misclassified traffic. Feel free to DM me if you know a good match.

We have block storage available in New York. You can attach a 500GB storage block to your VM for $3 /month extra.
Abuse reports are automatically forwarded to clients, who are given a chance to handle them. Excessive amounts of abuse reports, or non-action, will result in a ban.
