Got Attacked, Got Banned – Thanks Aeza
Hello,
We bought a server from Aeza, and out of nowhere, our account got suspended. I contacted support, and all they did was throw the “read the rules” line at me... no explanation, no details, nothing
Turns out, they suspended the account because we were under a DDoS attack.
Let that sink in: they sell DDoS-protected servers, but suspend you the moment you actually get attacked. So... why did they do it?
When I tried to get help, especially through their Telegram support, it was a complete joke. Just people parroting “read the rules” over and over, offering zero real help.
We lost our files, we lost part of our money, and they couldn’t care less.
Honestly, it doesn’t just feel like bad service — it feels like a scam.

Away Aeza. Don’t waste your time or money.

My prediction up to 7 pages drama.
No backup, no mercy
If that's the case..
— spotted pls no chatgippity
btw aeza is the most scammiest looking summerhosts out there, you should have done better research on them and not exchange cheaper price for reliability. good learning opportunity for you
The end is near.
Before buying their servers, did you try searching for 'AEZA' on lowendtalk? Constant lying, creating hosting services for malware. One of the most recent incidents was the arrest of the creators of this hosting provider for selling hard drugs
tbh, i understand this but my rule is dont expect service when you are going for cheap service. but i do understand frustration, especially if it was for ddos which is not under your control.
But any cheap service will protect itself first than thinking about their customers. But they should restore service after attack settles down.
Though new here to cheap hosting services so just my 2 cents, take with grain of salt, xD
Not everyone wants Terabit scale attacks.
My advice would then be to not advertise what you do not offer
ddos-protection
over 2 Tbps bandwidth without connection inspection, over 600 Gbps bandwidth with connection inspection. Protection is included in the price and always on
I think you say cheap here but we paid a dedicated fee there, with extra protection
I saw the threads about their owners and didn't see any other threads about them.
Wow, we didn't pay that low amount there.
you talk about everyone but the question is, who are you? where is the imprint on your website?
I skimmed through their TOS and noticed this:
They could've done better with that and put something like "comes with premium suspension when things get too heavy"
If a company cannot protect it well, I will never see this as a user problem, sorry
I expected something better there
Only our quick decisions are killing us
We lost so easily, we were just getting started
Aeza - provider which scammed customers with fake locations while proxing traffic via hetzner. A ton of information about that in search engines. And OP still ordered…
Well, thread has been Rubenized, it is doomed.
Isn't this the case with most providers? It's usually a liability for hosts to have clients that get attacked alot.
Their rule is if the client is not dealing drugs then they do not need protection
gre tunneling to hetzner x) dont we love it. How many hosts do this?
They should have it in their TOS that they may ban you if you get too many attacks. But if they don't its their problem and OP is in the right.
Why didn't the provider null route the attached ip?
Why didn't you temporarily switch to Cloudflare when being attached?
They do not care about their customers at all. First of all, they are Russian, and no PayPal or Stripe is going to protect you there. They do not care about reviews either, they have hundreds of fake ones from kids who received 5 to 10 dollars on their balance for posting them
We do not host sites and therefore CF is very unreasonable.
"But that will be bad for our marketing!" and 1000 other excuses
Is it possible that they think you attacked yourself?
Providers could come to this conclusion if you're logged into any attack dashboard viewing metrics before/during/after an attack. Wouldn't be hard to put 2+2 together in that scenario. (Access logs to attack details was accessed 3 minutes prior to the beginning of attack, user refreshed the page 5X during the 10 minute attack ... type of thing.) Any DDoS protection provider with an attack dashboard would likely have some sort of abuse management tool like that baked in, I would imagine. No idea if that is the case with them, never seen their site even.
ok now you didnt have to go that far
If they think that way, I'm sorry but they are pretty stupid.
If I wanted to use the bandwidth differently then I think they would be right
Sorry but all I saw so far in terms of evidence is a screenshot showing that OP / @keq is blocked/can't login to aeza's panel, which by itself and without context doesn't say a lot.
That is not to say that I think that keq lied or that aeza did well and the right thing. What I mean is that we should stick to the golden rule "hear both sides!".
Also, keq why did you get DDOSed? After all, typically one doesn't get DDOSed out of the blue without any reason ...
Care to tell us a bit more? And of course the same goes for aeza.
Vultr, DO, Linode, Hetzner, Leaseweb, OVH
......... and select few LET hosts are reliable 😅
If you have a large community you will always be a target. I think you have never encountered such a situation before and I think you have not received high attacks, it seems like you know better than me. I have been looking for a good protected company for months.
I am not receiving any replies to my emails, the only reply I receive from Telegram is go read the rules. There is no interlocutor
You can try them on this issue. If one day your account gets banned, LET should come to mind.
So imagine if someone threaten you with DDoS, you nervously login to check if there is one, reload a few times and then you’re gone😂
