Which one sells permanent removal and whitelisting for spammers?

Don't say UCEPROTECT because they'll happily take a dumb person's money for an expedited removal of an IP that is already on track to be removed, but it gets relisted again if triggered, they won't whitelist a spammer. And right on the front page of their whitelist site is:

If your IP gets listed at UCEPROTECT-Level 1 for abuse, it can and will no longer stay in ips.whitelisted.org!

The illiteracy of people who keep propagating those things about them has been out of hand for a while. But surely you're referring to someone else.

spam is all about perspective. instead of being angry about all the people trying to send you email, just smile and be accepting of how popular you are. you no longer have a spam issue.

How would you even curb spammers even if you require ticket to open the port?

Not accept monthly payments for <$7 or so. Many spammers and other shit-heads are dirt poor and want a single use VPS for the sole purpose of spam/phishing/scamming/whatever. To these types, a VPS is a single-use item that can be discarded after a month (if they're not terminated before then).

Honestly, not catering to the low end market curbs a lot of abuse. Anytime we do steep discounts for LET it's a headache and 90% of the people I have to terminate have signed up using some discount code that originated on this site.

Does increasing disposal costs help like upfront payment of larger sum? Those shit-heads probably won't use the server for a while then do spamming.

Not sure if upfront payment will help much because they can chargeback their payment if the service is terminated, unless the payment was by crypto.

    Don't say UCEPROTECT

Did i post some names here ? i even not though about uceprotect which add most of the time at level 1 ip range from home user in accordance with suppliers (example : orange), so unremovable at this level.
