Looking for DMCA ignored VPS

Hi,
I’m currently using a DMCA ignored server with the following specs:
CPU: 12x Intel Xeon E5-2697v4
RAM: 32GB DDR4 ECC
Storage: 50GB NVMe
Bandwidth: 200 Mbit/s
IP: 1x IPv4
Location: Netherlands
Panel: FastPanel included
Price: $35/month
I'm looking to upgrade or get better specs within a $50/month budget. Preferably, I’d like:
DMCA ignored hosting
Same or better CPU performance
At least 32GB RAM
More storage (NVMe preferred)
Same or higher bandwidth
A control panel included (optional but preferred)
Please let me know what you can offer.

Yeah - you're already getting a lot for cheap.
That's quite a bit of RAM + CPU.
If you need only more space and bandwidth - it's doable for 50$, but with that much RAM and CPU --- they have me stumped.

Yeah - with the specs he listed, honestly I was leaning toward dedicated too.
Even if he gets a host that is not DMCA ignored, he can just setup a wireguard or gre dedicated IP from something that is and change the default route to go over it. That would make sure all abuse complaints go to one that is ignoring them and also is a good separation - as even if the IP owner one gets an abuse complaint he has the VPN provider excuse "it's running wireguard and i have a few friends using it - don't know who did it". And even if VPS provider (the IP being used) checks the server, there will be no content to remove.
One of those "Don't keep all your eggs in one basket" type of thing. Networking should be separate from the Host Itself if at all possible.
There is the option also of for example Hetzner or whomever in that case as the main server and some small VPS somewhere as the IP. In the Hetzner auction he can get really cheap server that meets his specs and is way better than he has now for that same price. And over on LEB, and even here, there are plenty of DMCA ignored VPS to use for the IP that have 1Gb/s and more for cheap.
The specs you want is out of your budget unless you buy from big providers...
We have 16GB RAM in our Ryzen VPS
But with your budget is in the middle of VPS and Dedicated Server but not Intel Xeon...
