Yes, I did. That was on Day 1, then an 'urgent' support ticket, followed by this post on Day 2.

I'd suggest keep it open, in case you got suspended for spamming or doing something outside their tos. Will work for calling them as spam, rather than creating work order

This was not a promo server with reduced support. They claim to provision it automatically in seconds.
I am finding OrangeVPS is actually better than HH for my use cases and similar or cheaper price point.
This ain’t no marshmallow experiment lol. HH is not the bees knees as it is claimed to be either.
