Ivacy VPN lifetime

I bought Ivacy VPN lifetime some time ago and I recently noticed they were acquired by pure vpn. When I tried to migrate the account in their website they asked me for PayPal payment (even though, again, I purchased the lifetime offering).
I tried contacting their support but have received no answer since opening the ticket 2 days ago.
Were anyone able to successfully migrate their account or should I try to get a refund?

i remember migrating when this was announced, it asked for card details but let me skip it after asking support. ig just wait a bit bc they did honour the lifetime agreement in my case

If your service's still active, and you migrate, they won't charge you for it. But be sure to contact support before the expiration date at least a week or 5 days, otherwise you will get charge.
    I hope that helps.

  • I just contacted purevpn to ask for help porting my ivacy vpn account to purevpn, just contact via chat on the purevpn website.

then customer service asked for the email I used on ivacy, a few moments later he created an account on purevpn, then after logging in I got a 60 month subscription.

now I want to try the purevpn service first ;)
