I called the technical team who informed me that the subnet assigned to you was having some routing issues and was therefore temporarily removed for testing with our upstream.
In its place, another IP was assigned to those few customers above that range, since fortunately it was relatively new.
Once the tests are finished and it is fully operational again, you will be able to apply to return there.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience but I believe that the stability of the service and the quality that we want to offer to all of you customers is the primary thing.
At least let the client know before making the change, since some will have their IP on DNS records and may wonder why their server no longer pings.
Absolutely, I asked to warn before doing any action of this kind next time, even if it seemed the only solution given the "urgent" situation, which could have compromised the stability of the service.

We do not have dedicated servers with AMD EPYC, we only use Xeon 😅
So honestly i see it very hard, have you tried to do a reboot? It's probably a bug.
(It's probably the CPU model that was "broken" after a test that was done, but the real CPU model remains the ryzen 9, you can do a yabs too, for more info please open a ticket)
