Anyone know about Perfetip.net or Reviews ?

I saw some of their posts on WHT. They can provide some high-spec and affordable BM servers in Los Angeles.
But I found that the ordering page for each server on their website is different, and the reviews about them found on the Internet are a bit outdated. I want to know if anyone here is using their servers in Los Angeles? What about their network stability, technical level, and ticket response efficiency?

    last had a server from them in 2023, had a AMD EPYC 7543P, they were always attentive and responded to tickets fast, pretty chill.

    I think I remember something about them being a chinese company a few years back, no info about owners, if it matters. Good hardware, basic network. Don't need DDoS protection? Probably great for the price.

    I have a server with them. Both in Singapore and Dallas. They use equinix and Arelion (1299) for upstream. I don't know about their support because I've not had any problems with them. No downtime yet. I wouldn't hesistate with their LA servers.

    How fast are they responding to tickets during business hours and weekends? Are there dedicated technicians maintaining and assisting with BGP sessions or routing configurations?

    AFAIK they don't provide BGP session and don't tweak their network routing on request, regarding support they respond in timely manner whether its business hours or weekend.
