They don't have a lot of support, but I've been really happy with the product. It's worked well for me for the past 4 years with a total downtime of less than a week.
5473905426 SNATCHED – Started dipping my toes in the Linux ISOs torrenting area. Knowledgebase and Wiki seem to have a lot of useful info for users and I'm willing to explore. Not bad for the price I'm paying. Pretty quick to get it up and running.
4136001524 SNATCHED – I used pulsedmedia's service last year and I'm happy to try it again this year. In terms of cost-performance, pulsedmedia's service as a seedbox is good. For those who have experience with shared hosting services, shared seedboxes are not difficult to use.
@PulsedMedia Have the seedbox installed bbr/bbrx or something similar? I think we don't have root access to the seedbox and without these acceleration tools I think it is hard to "compete" with others' server.

You can get a dedi if you want full root, but for these, we manage the tuning as it's more than "how fast can this single connection (or torrent) go" what needs to be adjusted.
Besides, since you talk about "competing with other servers", sounds like you want to race; You should use a dedicated for that to begin with, using NVMe.

I CAN'T SNATCH - been a PulsedMedia customer for a long time and my seedboxes there continue to perform well, so I don't need another at this time

It does. Sometimes it's not imported onto your user directory but if that happens you can import it from root. It's also worth mentioning that even if it's just a seedbox they come with rootless docker (a good feature that is not mentioned in the main page) The outgoing bw limit is also not only torrent traffic but every outgoing traffic and the ram limit doesn't apply to rtorrent but in general. I suggest that you set up rDNS (PTR) on the IP, so that when people download from a very fast peer, they can see in the client that it is "seedbox.pulsedmedia.com" or whatever. Yes some clients do not resolve PTR in the peer list (qBittorrent), but some do (ruTorrent). Would be a little bit of free extra advertisement.

@PulsedMedia what happens when the rolling amount for bandwidth is exceeded?
Is the service suspended? for a day? or just the network access?
Throttling it down to 10 or 100 Mbit for 1 day would also sound reasonable.
