Yup they are good and there is no catch. If you have any question you can directly ask them here or by opening a sales ticket @GorillaServers

  • I used Gorilla Servers a while back and it was a solid 99.8%+ Uptime, Quite solid.

Having hundreds of servers in their DC, I can assure you that their support is really good. They replace faulty disks and faulty parts very fast and generally they provide decent service.

  • I’ve been following GorillaServers for a while, especially because of their appealing 1Gbps deals. While the price seems too good to be true, I’ve heard decent things about their uptime and support responsiveness. Still, I’d be cautious with production workloads unless you can verify SLA details. Good for testing environments or non-critical use, though. Anyone tried them with high traffic setups?

Leased a Dual EPYC 7402 a few months ago from them. Zero issues to report with their hardware and network ... infact, exceptionally prompt support turnaround times w/ fast resolutions. IPMI provided through web-streamed desktop, with no mucking around with Java required {fantastic}.

SmokePing plot at 100% uptime other than my own reboots of the server.

If I really stress myself to come up with a complaint... Only gripe that I can think of is a billing systems one -- in that there's many payment methods for invoice payments, yet the only account-related configuration otherwise is Credit Card {far as I can tell}. That's minor enough that I haven't opened a ticket on it.

-- Would be nice to be able to create a Paypal billing agreement account wide.
