What happened with @alexhost ?
Good luck finding anything in Moldova or more exotic locations with those specifications at that price range, however:

I haven't used their VPS, however i have a dedicated server from them, which has served me well so far.

They can't fix the problems and that's why I'm looking for a different provider.

I have servers in many places and never had any problems but this is the first time I have had such a problem, this is very strange
If I had console access I think I would try to solve this myself, they just gave me the answer to reinstall OS.

root.md looks like a reseller of mangohost.net, but much cheaper. It seems they don't allowed adult contents and have no dmca ignore?
I am running a baby server with @AvenaCloud and it is pretty stable.
We did not search for Moldova for adult and DMCA, root.md only accepts MD citizens. mangohost.net is also for UK.
