    Hi @cookie_stamp -- great question! The short answer is: it’s very rare, and only happens in very rare (and specific) cases, i.e. when our third-party payment processors (like Stripe or FastSpring) flag a payment for further review if there are any obvious discrepancies or risk signals. Just so you get an idea, out of every 500 orders, maybe 1 or 2 at the very maximum get held for this kind of review, so it's not something most customers ever experience.

    Also, to clarify, in the rare event verification is requested, it's processed automatically via Stripe Identity's algorithm (fully automated) and we don’t store or manage any of the documents or data. We only utilize the result (i.e. passed or not passed) from Stripe Identity's algorithm.

    Also worth noting: if you choose to pay via cryptocurrency instead, those transactions are handled through a separate payment processor where these things aren’t part of the process. So the comments above only apply to PayPal and credit card payments (processed via FastSpring and Stripe, respectively). That said, if you have no discrepancies in your payment info, you generally won’t run into this at all. But if you want to be absolutely certain to avoid it, crypto is a great option to transact with.

    In terms of native IPv6, it’s currently available upon request in Los Angeles DC-02 and Strasbourg. For all other locations including Toronto, if IPv6 is a requirement we generally recommend going the tunneled IPv6 route for now.

    That said, we’re always evaluating options to expand native IPv6 support where feasible.

    Hi @davide -- thanks for bringing this to my attention. We process all crypto payments through Coinify currently, and from what I know, they typically support 25 to 30+ different cryptocurrencies. That said, I’ll take a closer look at Monero specifically later today (my guess is it might only show up as an option above a certain invoice amount as I know Coinify does that for some networks), but I’ll confirm.

    If needed, I’ll also reach out to Coinify support directly to get clarification.
