I'm looking for a VPS hosted in the Netherlands with the following specifications:
KVM virtualization
4 CPU cores (fair-share or dedicated)
3 GB RAM
50–80 GB SSD (or NVMe)
1 Gbps network port
5–10 TB monthly bandwidth
Annual billing
Budget: up to $30/year
