Why are the prices so high:

.... .com .net .org domains cost around $10 a month anywhere and these sell for $35
What I find strange is that they are a specialized website for selling domains and their prices are almost triple.

Registrars can charge whatever they want, depending on their target audience.

Checked a few pages and it looks just like yet another fake website for whatever shady purposes. I quickly checked the Whois of

I’m assuming it’s for where large companies want to white label their domain registration but don’t want to become a domain registrar and/or to prevent their domain suspended etc.

The reason they are expensive. They target enterprises!
They have resellers. Business comes through resellers and hence they keep prices high.
