any good 30 dollar dedicated server host in the US?

sorry if this is the wrong place to put this, but I need a 30 dollar dedicated server in the US. I don't need new hardwhere, just somewhat good so I can host a windows vm and I don't have to pay for 2 vps's

    Does it have to be US? Personally, I would just take a OVH KS dedicated or Oneprovider (Scaleway) FR dedi for that price.

    I don't need anything insane. 32 GB of RAM is preferred but not required I'll do with 16 definitely. SSD isn't mandatory but if there isn't one as an SSD that is perfectly fine I'm cool with HDD. A gigabyte connection also isn't mandatory but would be preferred if there is an option for that and if not that is also fine

    still looking for a server. switching to dedicated so I can run a windows VM so I don't have to pay for a separate Windows VPS. Also right now I'm stuck with contabo so looking to switch with Miss promptly. I'm not having any issues yet, but I expect I will soon

    I tried the offers in this thread like a couple months ago and I think I had to switch for whatever reason and I think most of the discounts have expired so I think I need new offers
