Oh, and some cases were delayed cause of RPT entry - in PL there is official register for telco/isps, and some providers/organisations won't sell You anything without that

I didn't think that I would have to write something in this topic again, but Chunkserve surprise me again.
A month ago I ordered a VPS from them. After waiting 2 days without activation, I reached out to support, asked for cancellation, and received a refund. End of story or so I thought.
Today I receive two charges on my card from Chunkserve. Confused, I log into the panel and see that the same server which was never activated on time, which I explicitly canceled, and for which I received a refund was suddenly active and has been running for an entire month. And now Chunkserve charged me retroactively for the last month and in advance for the next one, twice for $2.49.
This isn’t just incompetence, this looks like intentional fraud.

I would love to refund You. Sorry for the issue. Checking it now and resolving promptly. Probably service wasn't marked as fully cancelled. It's not intentional fraud - that's why refunding it now! Apologies for the issue.
Checked everything. We refunded for the server, but You didn't mark it for cancellation on the panel. Probably it was activated automatically, and now system tried to charge for extension. I see cancellation request now, terminated everything and full amount is refunded!

Mine goes offline almost every couple of days as well.

@Chunkserve any status update on what's up with tickets? Sounds like there's a few of us who haven't seen a reply anywhere from days to weeks.

BGP flap on one port, was fixed after ~2min!
Where do those 2min come from? My monitoring shows that the network issues started around 13:04 CEST and lasted until around 13:46 CEST.
What IP/range? We started seeing degradated perf around 13:39, we asap fixed the issue after notification. (191.96.11.0/24 and 141.11.62.0/24 range). Routes via IXes were 100% up + partially going via one of the transit. If You can also send me a traceroute on PM, I can check that! (see also urpf block around that time, I can assume that some routes that were going via GTT could be down then, but I'm not sure at the moment (still debugging))
Can confirm there is a second network issue again.
IPv4 and IPv6 is affected.
Even the Management panel is down.
The first hop on the eth0 interface is down.

we see a loss, already discussing with my transit provider + our team!
The client portal seems to be down.
I had to raise a ticket since my vps fails to start (even though it shows online in dashboard). VNC does not work too.
If I reinstall any OS, the disk usage remains exact same which points to some internal error.
Too many hiccups in a short period.
Fixed. Dropped Macarne for now. Messaging their noc.

I've had two VM's in this state for 5+ days now, with no response to the tickets other than "what's the error and which vm" 5 days ago... the ticket system has you specify which vm, and the ticket was literally that i cannot start or rebuild them... not looking super promising.
Credit where it's due, @Chunkserve got back to me quickly after this, and has things fixed now

Mine is still the same. Even VNC failing to connect even though dashboard says server online.

mine ended up being a wrong id in whcms and a badly assigned disk, or something to that effect.
VNC wise - HTML5 vnc definitely seems broke across the board for me - had to go into my settings and set a VNC password and connect with a separate vnc viewer for that.
That could be my issue as well.
No matter what OS I install, my disk usage is always 31 GB. Which obviously means either template fails to install the OS or the disk is failing due to which it may seem like writing has been done but then again goes to last stable state.
