Host-C Promo VPS Nimitz Class - Storage 10TB
Hi,
I have this storage vps that I am letting go. No payment required (to me). Transfer fees may apply.
Promo VPS Nimitz Class - Storage 10TB
Recurring Amount $90.00 USD
Billing Cycle Annually
Next Due Date 25/06/2025.
Reason for non-renewal : Picked 2 more long term payment servers from HH. Hence, have to drop this with a heavy heart.
Invoice for renewal already raised today, so you may have to immediately pay the host upon transfer. Please note this point, if you cannot renew on time, at least let someone else have it.
Host is highly recommended, I had 0 problems other than planned maintenances during my time with them. The uptime number is misleading as the host decided to give a free upgrade cpu or something last month. Host T&C apply.
I am assuming that I face no problems for transferring the service. In case of any unforeseen problems, I may simply choose not to renew/transfer the service. Also, no guarantees on service or performance from my side. I will revisit this post in approx 3 hours (may be more, if there is no interest) and pick one if more than than one person is interested. Automatic disqualify for people who DM without asking first.

I'll take it. DM'ing now
Already have a 4tb storage server in hostc and I'm looking for something bigger. So it is 180$/year, paying every 6 months right?
I got it as a 5TB quarterly one and later upgraded it. IIRC, its 90$ per year. So far the best value per dollar I have seen. Someone else can confirm.
Please see DM I contacted you
I am familiar with host-c and hope to get it
If it’s still available I’ll take it and even throw in some money for the trade despite not asking for payment. Send me a DM with a $ number (over PayPal) if you’re interested in selling it to me.
I'll just make it clear just so it doesn't get asked again. I will not take money for this service transfer. I have low opinion about scalpers/resellers, and do not intend to make this a bidding war. So far, I got like 3 dms, I insta disqualify 1 because the dm came first. The other offered a bonus, but I have no interest in making money. I paid for 1 year of service, I got 1 year of service. Since the post has more than 1 person interested, I can only offer the transfer to 1 person. I will return at the end of 3 hours-ish, and will check the post history of interested people. I will pick 1 person of my choice, and 1 backup in case the first cannot make it. Sorry to those that will not get offered the service.
fio of the disks for anyone interested.
fio Disk Speed Tests (Mixed R/W 50/50) (Partition /dev/sda1):
good person
good luck to the winner
i would be interested but have to sleep soon
It's $90/year, plus $5 for the Host-C transfer fee
I am interested in this server. I will send message to you now.
Great respect for your perspective. May the luckiest requester win! I still remain interested in the service, but instead of spamming your DMs, you can send me a DM if I am the chosen one.
Regarding your OP, for transferring the service, you will need to open a ticket with the email address of the recipient and indicate that you wish to send them the VPS. Also send the recipient your ticket # so they can open a parallel ticket on their end. The recipient (not you) is responsible for paying the $5 transfer fee. Then the support will move the VPS over (usually in 24h).
At the same time you open your ticket, you should ask support to cancel the invoice on your account since I’m not sure if transferring the service will automatically move or void the invoice.
Again, I should have clarified. Pls only DM me, if I ask you. Else, there is nothing that we can discuss over DMs. Sorry to those who have already DM'd me but I have ignored.
Not sure if I disqualified myself or not, but I'm the person who DM'd with the offer so let me apologise for that.
I also think that @datahoarder needs this VPS more than I do, so I'll withdraw from the lottery and cross my fingers that you choose them 🙏
Cool. Thanks for clarification.
The fault is mine. I have not been clear. No Need to penalize you for my fault. You are still the first person to answer the post, and it will count for something, if all else remains equal.
I'm interested too, use me as a backup
I picked @CloudHopper as primary, and @PineappleM as backup. I will DM @CloudHopper now. If he no longer needs it, then I will DM @PineappleM. Thanks everyone.
I'll probably regret this, but I need other servers more so please transfer it to @PineappleM 👍
Good guy OP.
I want to have it.please
Thank you everyone for the interest, but the service is transferred to @PineappleM. Mods can close this thread.
