I have a few questions:
I ended up subscribing to the "LET2-RAM1" plan with Windows 10 and I'm satisfied so far, but the system takes up a lot of space. As I've seen in previous answers, it's not possible to increase the storage without upgrading to another plan. So, my question is: will this be possible in the future?
I couldn't find the Windows login username anywhere, and I don't usually use the "console" for my first login. I tried the default username from other hosting providers and it worked. I also saw it was available in the console connection. Adding this information along with the other machine details would be very helpful (please disregard if this already exists somewhere I didn't notice).
How will the pricing work if I want to upgrade in the future, after the promotional prices end? Will I have to pay for a new Windows license or just the plan's price?

Thanks for the questions!
1- I think a Windows install will take about 30GBs of the disk space. Knowing this, we made sure the disk size was generous. Yes, it will be possible to add space in the future; the issue is not so much a technical one but of a billing system one...
2- Thanks! There is usually an email that is sent out with that information, but it's possible we never noticed that it is not being sent for clients using our shopping cart, since most of our clients deploy from inside the portal. I will check on that. For future reference, it is always "Administrator".
3- So, LET clients will always be able to upgrade to other offers shown here at LET. And we plan on being here for a long time, so by the time you wish to upgrade, there will most likely be another offer here at LET. As for renewal rate, we will honor the same renewal rate; we have never increased prices on our clients. When it comes to Windows though, there is always a possibility that Microsoft may change their prices...
