Hello,
You can use Stripe to make your payment.
Thank you for choosing NohaVPS
We've doubled your memory. Please reboot for the changes to take effect.
Just a heads-up:
Be careful before buying!
P.S. If anyone’s interested, I can transfer you my account (MINI PLAN US) for $7.
Dear Customer,
I don't know why you refer to us like this. We try to help you with everything you need, and we are transparent about advertising. Can you see our looking glass and check before purchasing a service? You tell us it's not compatible with what you're looking for, we offer to help, and that's all you do?
We don't know why PayPal was rejecting your payments. We're not sure your information is correct. You can ask several people in the community who can make purchases without any problems.
Our hidden terms?
https://nohavps.com/terms.php
You can check that they have always been public. No refunds are offered on any purchases.
I hope you retract your false accusations against us.
We've added some stock in London, UK (Ryzen 9950x)
X10 dedicated servers are also low. Starting at $20/month (recurring)
Credit where it's due — they are upfront about not giving refunds. Brutally honest, I guess 😅.
Dear Customer,
Our terms are on our website and are visible to any customer who wishes to sign up.
This measure was implemented several months ago due to the policy of abuse, customers who only signed up for 1-2 days and then requested credit, as in your case.
If you need any further information, we can provide it, or the administrators can review it so that you are the only one who is harming the promotion. Have a nice day.
I would like to know how I was considered to be abusing the service. I requested a refund within 24 hours and used about 10GB of bandwidth to test network performance. I even mentioned to you that if I caused any disruption, I would be willing to accept a partial refund.
From my perspective, you completely reject any reason for a refund, which is hardly different from a scam.
I didn't expect a provider to refuse refunds entirely — that is indeed my mistake. It's okay, lesson learned.
Learn to read terms before buying.
Yeah, before I made the purchase, I tried to look for their TOS like I usually do, but I couldn’t find it anywhere on their website.
The conversation with them was really pleasant, so I didn’t expect they’d have a strict no-refund policy. It wasn’t until I opened a ticket today asking about a refund that they finally sent me the page saying refunds aren't supported.
Lesson learned this time—thanks for the reminder, and I hope others can keep this in mind too.
You're using strong language.
1) You DON'T read the terms before signing up.
2) You DON'T try the looking glass to see if the service offered meets your needs.
3) Instead of posting a ticket, you publish meaningless things about our promotion. You're diverting the topic when we've been trying to help you from the very beginning.
The $12 paid is insignificant compared to the service offered. It's a promotion that many clients take advantage of for their projects, but in your case, it doesn't meet your needs. One day after purchasing the service, the service is still active and will remain active until the end of the contract cycle.
We haven't breached anything; it's just your decision to compromise the issue. Our terms are available at any time before signing up. Also, before paying, you're asked to confirm that you agree to our terms, and you had to accept them to continue.
I will ask the administrators to review your comments because I don't think those comments are correct when you were the one with the problem.
It's literally on the main page, at the bottom, where they're normally at. There is also a check box you agreed to as part of the ordering process. You can just admit you didn't bother you know
The only page to see the terms is:
https://nohavps.com/terms.php
We only have 9 points, and it's clearly stated. We apologize for this inconvenience and must be fair to all customers.
Honestly, I’m pretty much too frustrated to have a calm conversation with you at this point.
Can you provide a clear screenshot showing how your website navigates to the Terms of Service? I still haven’t been able to find it anywhere.
Why say I never submitted a ticket and just came here to post meaningless stuff? I did send you a ticket, and I also think what I’m sharing here is useful for other members. You’re just overreacting.
Why threaten me with admin intervention? If you want, go ahead and involve the admins. From my perspective, it just looks like you’re afraid of people finding out the truth and then refusing your service.
If you think anything I said is wrong, feel free to challenge me — but please don’t lie. We can have an honest conversation and peacefully resolve any misunderstandings. Right now, it feels like you’re about to start lying.
I still can’t find anywhere on their site that navigates to that page. Honestly, this time I really suspect they might be committing fraud.
For desktop ITS a Botton, for Mobile theres no link hehe
Even on my computer’s browser, I still couldn’t find it 😣
Sorry, but our business isn't built on $12 so our reputation can be lost.
You're bringing up a pointless topic. You can check before hiring a service to fill out your details. It tells you if you agree to accept our terms, and you have to accept them.
You're making comments that attempt to do something we don't accept our terms.
Alright, you win. Obviously, my eyes just totally missed that one-time, hard-to-spot checkbox hidden among all those buttons. You really provide great service!
At the bottom. See screenshot
Although on mobile page it doesn't show up. But for desktop as shown in screenshot, it's there.
Don't worry, we just want to enforce the terms. It's not about winning or who's right.
Our website is comprehensive and shows the services, plans, and some frequently asked questions. We also offer support via ticket, email, and here in the community, you can send us a message, and we'll respond.
Without further ado, have a nice day and good luck in your search for your next provider that fits your needs. Don't forget to read the terms so you don't have these problems.
Thanks, bro. I thought that was their homepage and I seriously looked for it but just couldn’t find it. I guess I really should lose that $12. It’s sad, but it doesn’t seem like I can completely blame the provider. Just gotta try to avoid this next time!
I hope you guys really provide good service and succeed in business. Just a heads-up—maybe only businesses that truly care about their customers can really make it in the long run.
Thank you.
That's right, we'll always work to offer the best service to our customers. You're welcome, and you have 12 months to change your mind and want to use your server. It will be ready for you.
You can now view the terms and conditions option from your mobile phone, tablet, or responsive device.
