Looking for 10Gbps VPS servers in multiple regions

Need to setup VPS servers in multiple regions: US West, US East, EU, Brazil, Singapore, Japan, Australia. Will be using these exclusively as network relays so need 10Gbps bandwidth and min 10-20TB Data transfer per node. Going for 10Gbps to handle traffic bursts but won't be doing sustained 10Gbps.
Looking for a cheap VPS so I can add more nodes easily and establish long-term relationship with them. Would prefer a host that has DC/servers in all the above regions, so its easier to manage them all.
Would be great if Windows Server license is included as well (not an additional $25/mon).

Due to this I'd look at Leaseweb. Quite good and surprisingly not-expensive. Here on LET @HostDZire resells those VPSs even cheaper. Also (almost ?) everywhere 20 TB traffic volume, so sounds like a perfect fit.
I'm not sure about that with Leaseweb but seem to remember that Windows is an option. Don't know about their license rules though.
We just launched unmetered VPS with dedicated port and burstable up to 25 gbps.
Not necessarily on the cheap side of the spectrum but bandwidth allocations are real.
