  From my POV it's the OP lack of effort in updating me and the trade and the provider's process take god know how long, OP just said "he has a life"

  OP said he submitted ticket

  

  The provider on the other hand, received OP request via ticket on May 9th I believe (OP stated), but it went silent then, until 3 days ago I receive the VPS, after almost 2 weeks.

  Almost two weeks?

  It was 9 days!
  Posting screenshots and than can not count it 🤣🤣
