I tested it as well, it works. You probably did not select all the necessary options.
It only allows me to select ports, the other options only have a drop down box with nothing in it. I'll try to post a screen shot in a little bit.
Basically the only boxes that allow input are the ones I placed numbers in. I clicked on the drop down arrow for the other box and that one doesn't allow anything else. I've tried to do this in both Brave and Firefox browsers. Is there something I'm doing wrong.
Here is mine. It looks like you have got some sort of Adblock, maybe this is the issue.
