We do have plans! If you are doing large volume, we may be able to expedite it. Just contact us.

Have you considered any port speed increases for these plans? Seems like 2.5/5/10gbps are becoming more common, especially with more premium providers.
Also, yearly payments with a small discount would make for a very attractive offer.
A looking glass for testing network performance would be helpful as well.
Almost all of our VMs nodes run 2x 10Gbps uplinks these days. Most of the VMs can reach 10Gbps speeds. We just don't advertise it. It tends to attract a lot of abuse, and it's not guaranteed.

The need for physical latency. The difference between East Coast and West Coast.
We're trying to figure out a plan to get it done. The blocker is that we have to shutdown ever node to add the Infiniband connection. With the rapid growth we've had in Chicago, there are a lot of nodes now. We're looking into the best way to do it.
This should be coming soon too! We have a few projects to finish up in the next 1-2 months then LA is next!

Is there a Looking Glass test?
Im having issues with the backup. Everytime i back up it breaks the vps and make it inaccessible even with novnc. I opened a ticket and i was told it take hours to restore from backup. Its been 12 hrs and my vps stillnpt up
