I need a dedicated or virtual server in Germany.I want to transfer around 23-28 servers from the Hetzner
If you have affordable dedicated servers and also provide virtualization, please provide pricing. Preferably with unlimited traffic, as the consumption is high.

if you have 30x 30 EUR servers from hetzner doing 30x 1 Gbit/s then things wont become cheaper....

well you will have to choose between pricing and support in this case.
While in case of hetzner, they might be OK if you take a lot of traffic, even if you pay very small prices for low-cost dedicated servers because of their sheer size and you will just belong to the 5% "ultrapower users", to use a diplomatic word, so they will accept it ( or maybe thats why you have "problems" with their support?! ).
But i think none of any LET provider here will give you 30 servers with 30-40 EUR budget per server, knowing that you will want to feed maybe 15-20 Gbit/s real traffic with them.
Thats economically just suicide in hardcore mode ;-)
A realistic pricing for this is actually starting with ~ the double amount of your budget, depending on your hardware requirements maybe more.
Or you will simply get an offer from a reseller who is (re)selling with "traffic included" and the problem is actually shifting for a brief moment.
...Until who ever provides this servers actually realizes that for too little money too much traffic is consumed and will just throw you out for abusing the offer or you will have network issues or maybe support issues or what ever.
What i am trying to say is:
If you consume that much traffic with that many server and pay that low pricing you can expect to have issues sooner or later, with just any provider. Because its no realistic pricing for your usage pattern.
So either budget UP OR you will rent just 5 server from 6 different providers ( or even less server with even more providers ) so you have a chance that you will not "annoy" the providers too much to get rid of you.

It's not about traffic at all. I can't go into details, but my usage isn't at a level that would put pressure on their infrastructure.
You said unlimited traffic so that is why layer7 said what they said. Did you mean you wanted fair use or a large bandwidth allowance?

at best, if you want to get (hopefully) many offers, you should write what actually you are searching ( CPU, RAM, Disk ), Portspeed.
If you want to decrease the pricing / increasing the amounts of offers / decreasing the chance of having issues with the provider afterwards, be a bit more specific what amounts of traffic you really want to generate.
If a provider is reading your words like
then this provider will usually assume that you generate on a 1G line 150+++ TB Traffic ( and worst ). Thats quiet a lot. And 30x server of that is even a lot more....
Please be more specific. Then you will get more offers for sure.
