need a dedicated server with /29 range ipv4 for testing

Hello,
I need a dedicated server for testing only (I want to try automation with proxmox, solusvm, virtfusion). Will maybe keep it 2-3 months
Specs :
cpu = at least 4 core with hyperthread (don't need a beast because testing for myself)
ram = minimum 16GB - more the better
storage = need 500GB SSD or nvme (don't need raid)
network = minimum 1Gb/s or 10Gb/s can me metered (will never go above 5TB even 1TB)
IPV4 = I need /29 range with 5 usable IPs
location = prefer USA/Canada but Europe can do
budget = 25$/month + more for the IPs (show me what you got, I can put a little more, only for testing purpose)

What can you offer? I can maybe take 2 servers for my testing.
@seedmonster heymman is a one-man band and the servers are in nocix so you might as well buy from wholesaleinternet which has excellent customer service in my experience.
