Help in contacting a service provider heartbeat_IT
We have a vps server from @heartbeat_IT
It's been down since last Friday, and the problem seems to be with the node or network.
We've tried contacting them via tickets, email, phone calls, and even through the lowendtalk community, but there's been no response.
I don't know why. Can someone help me find ways to reach them?

[Netherlands] Data Center Power Supply Maintenance - 05.06.2025 09:00 - 15:00 CEST
Hi!
Our data center provider in the Netherlands just informed us (03.06.2025 - 13:30 CEST) that they will perform power supply maintenance this Thursday, 05.06.2025 from 09:00 to 15:00 CEST.
The power supply maintenance will be performed first on Power Feed A and afterwards on Power Feed B. Power should be available for nodes with redundant power supply during this maintenance window, and no interruption should happen.
AMD Ryzen 5000 VPS nodes are not equipped with redundant power supply units and will be offline for up to 30 minutes within the maintenance window, all other nodes and network equipment are equipped with redundant power supply units, so no outage is expected.
