I'm trying to understand the part about if someone returns an item, he doesn't want to resell it again because he needs to save the resources, something about that just doesn't sound right maybe it's just me I don't know

Do you offer them the service they deserve, or are you just ignoring their comments? We'll enter into a debate, but look, one month and you don't meet your clients' expectations!

My VPS is going to have a vacation this year before I do
I received two VMs from this provider during their Black Friday 2024 offer—one was a storage VM and the other a regular VM, both priced at 37/year.
Since day one, I've been facing issues: the server would stay online for a day and then go offline for an entire month. I’ve been in contact with their support, and while they admitted there's an issue, they also said there's a long backlog and it would take time to resolve.
We're now in June 2025, and the problem still hasn't been fixed—nor have they given any timeline for a resolution.
If you're considering buying from them, be warned: you might end up with a VPS that experiences over 300 days of downtime per year. I've already submitted a cancellation request to terminate the service at the end of the billing cycle, and I won’t be dealing with this provider again.
Personally, I gave up hoping and went with another provider for a 5TB storage box at almost the same price (Hostbrr) everything is working flawlessly there. If I ever receive this 5TB VPS from HostSlick, great. If not, well… I’ll just pretend I donated $60 to a homeless person 😂

Exactly and it’s honestly disappointing to see someone earning that much show so little respect for their customers. At this point, I’d rather just laugh about it.
Or you can chargeback to decrease their profits (dispute fee + processing fee + ding their reputation to process payments). There’s more to a chargeback than just “refund me back.”
I have submitted a ticket to request a refund, ticket number #539461. @HostSlick, please process it as soon as possible. I don't want this server anymore.
This is not about whether I can wait; it is about how this provider treats its customers, which worries me. Firstly, he has not bothered to provide a public update or explanation even after the one-month delay. Secondly, he replied to me twice saying the server would be 'delivered within this week', yet failed to keep his word both times with no further explanation.
This experience implies that he does not care, at least not about me as a budget-server customer. I understand that there is very little profit from these servers, yet we paid our hard-earned cash for the service and deserve better than complete ignorance. This shows a lack of respect, a lesson I have learned from this one-month wait. I can live with slowness, but I cannot live with disrespect.
Using a server from such a provider will likely lead to potential issues later, exactly as @mad_4u has said. If I am the unlucky one, this ignorance will make my life miserable. The savings on a 60-euro VPS are not worth the trouble.
