    Please please dont waste even a penny on this provider they will let your service run for a few days and then make it beyond usable. Please give your money to charity instead. Absolute joke London is unusable ticket raised passed around for a month still broken. Its cheap for a reason they will end up on the Graveyard Patron Provider list

    705513 to be honest i just checked and it works now with all of my configuration chnaged reverted but the service was down for give or take a over a month
    March 26th, 2025 (10:02) this ticket 367620 was raised asking for a refund as your service was pretty degraded then and came on an off when it felt like it

    At this point I gave up running your service and moved to another provider. The point still stands its a virtually unusable service it will be down again i am sure

    Well, the ticket 705513 had to do with network speed, which on speedtest showed: 981 Mbits/sec | 751 Mbits/sec

    I don't think that the claims are very fair based on the ticket and the support resolution and most probably have been exaggerated.

    Thoughts:

    Someone needs to be very careful to run "production" on 1 vCore and 2 GB of RAM. These are very low specs and it needs to be a very lightweight production type of service.

    On virtualized environments, where aside CPU and memory, network and disk are also virtualized, if you don't perform a proper resource planning you can face multiple issues. For example, high CPU usage can affect network and disk performance. Everything is related.

    The advantage of our services is that you can scale up to 128 vCores and 2 TB of RAM dedicated if more resources are needed for adequate production capacity, so you can be future proof.

    Considering the "loss of revenue reimbursement" comment, of course this is in the business insurance sector and not in the hosting business.
