I don't see any high single-core score CPU. The single-core score is <1799, which is significantly slower than requested 4000.

It seems there’s been some confusion, so let me clarify what I’m looking for:
I’m not interested in more cores – I’m looking for a server with faster individual cores (high single-core performance), typically from newer, high-GHz CPUs.
I learned on Lowendtalk Youtube channel that for the performance of single-threaded websites, you need high single-core scores:

MySQL queries and similar backend tasks – are mostly single-threaded. In these cases, faster cores will outperform systems with more, slower cores.

Why Mentioning Ryzen 7000/9000:
Newer Ryzen CPUs often deliver much higher single-core performance than older Xeons or EPYCs – sometimes by a factor of 2x–3x.
While those enterprise CPUs are great for multi-threaded tasks, they’re not ideal for the type of performance I’m targeting (unless you're talking about very high-end and expensive models).
