VPS needed for PoC testing
Hi, need a VPS for some PoC testing without touching any of my production environment.
2 cores minimum
8gb ram preferred but could settle for 4 or 6gb
Bandwidth and port speed is whatever
Preferred locations would be EU or Canada, but anywhere is fine (fwiw, needs great routing to OVH BHS)
Disk is whatever
Budget is around 10-15 but you should know I'll only need this for 3 months max.

@layer7 is top contender alongside @labze, what could sway me is the ability to prepay 3 months and be done. @advinservers is ye ol' reliable to me and I may just swing that way (as I could get away with a standard xs at $8 and LA is fine, funny routing as pangolin is located in OVH BHS, so would travel into usa > canada > usa again).
@dataforest never tried but priced a little high (NZD to EUR slightly sucks but I never specified the currency, all should assume USD). dataforest convince me
@DataWagon currently the cheapest, beat them (and again would like to prepay 3 months max)
@AlexPads there is a slight discount and I can pay 3 months so also very tempting (have noticed this discount is only present on the 6GB, all over VPS products do not have this)

just in general and for the future:
I assume most / all providers (here) who offer 3 months payment will let you place a cancellation request to the end of the paid timeframe.
So you simply order -> pay -> cancel for the next due date
And voila, you have a prepaid X months contract and thats it.
