Looking for a reliable VPS provider

I am looking for a virtual server with the following specifications:
1vCPU (AMD preferred)
2GB RAM
25GB NVMe Storage
1TB transfer @ minimum 1Gbps shared
1 IPv4
Basic DDoS protection
Location: India
Budget: Max 5USD a month, monthly billing preferred (at least for the first few months) but I can consider semi-yearly or yearly plans if I find your service reliable.
Also mention your uptime record and if you offer any SLA or not.
I would also prefer a clean IP address (not listed on common blacklists). No I am not running a mail server, I just want to avoid potential IP reputation issues.
I can pay through Card or PayPal. But if you can offer UPI it would be better. I already have a VPS with Vultr. So I am looking for a better deal.

Can't recommend Caasify, at least not the Indian location. I thought my VPS is offline but actually it's just inaccessible in half of the world
Plus the issues when on one IP you have two competing machines, constantly disconnecting, with two alternating SSH fingerprints. And yes, i'm still trying to solve the issues through tickets but it's still happening.
