I need a good website hoster.
I need a good host. I want to host a site, this is my first time I have ever had a backend to any of my sites. I am located in Utah, so I want a SLC VPS. I want it to be nice and I will just put it behind cloudflare for caching to save money and cpu and bandwidth. My sites have gotten up to 25k daily users, so I can't have any downtime.

So you're looking for a VPS in Salt Lake City only, not web hosting or VPS elsewhere? Just want to make sure for people since you mention website hosting. But if you're hosting a website it being hosted in a specific city won't matter, lots of options in the west/central US.

Our Dallas CPU is AMD EPYC 7401P, We're using the same for our Dallas Directadmin plans and so far the performance is good for websites.
You might want a managed VDS.
Even big major websites go down even if it's only for a few minutes, that's a very unrealistic request
you need a vds or a dedicated server, a vps would not serve 25k visitors a day.

lol what? I have 2GB RAM single core VPSes with multiple WP sites easily handling a combined 15K+ to 25k+ visitors a day.
You're doing all that on one core and two gigs of ram, that must be one Mighty slow ass website
2 Core 1 GB is more than enough to serve 25k visitors in a day.
Sure it's possible, static content pages only, behind a cdn, caching or some type of reverse proxy of your own, if you're getting 25,000 visitors per day and each person is loading let's say five pages, you're doing 125,000 request approximately per day,
To be honest if it works for you great, for myself I guess don't like running stuff borderline I like to have lots of Headroom
25k visitors a day is definitely possible if it was entirely static, cached pages and images on a CDN, and limiting any backend server processing functionality (e.g, caching searches or anything that would require additional requests to a database or server-side scripts/processing).
