is anyone having connectivity issues with Netcup in Germany right now?
The weird thing is that I can connect to the server via SSH over Tailscale, but not from the public IP and I can't access any web apps running on it. I've tried restarting and everything, and there's plenty of memory available, plus the load is low, so it doesn't seem to be a server issue.

Nope, no problems here w/ a german vps by netcup.
Probably your public ip blocked if tailscale works? Or some fw rules messed up?
You may want to sent me an ip by dm and I may check if it is reachable from Germany.
(or just check if you can reach the ip from public ping services like ping.pe or ping.sx )
