    On upgrades / downgrades the billing system automatically calculates the price until the end of the billing period which is the fair thing to do, since if there's 1 year until expiration, you pay only for that 1 year remaining.

    If you need more resources right at the beginning, the best thing to do is to order the needed resources at the beginning and then get the free year bonus.

    Finally, we don't have any restriction when you're going to ask for the bonus. You can make any upgrades before asking for the bonus, and then extend the working configuration for 1 free year.

    After the bonus is applied, the prices are locked per resource per year at the low offer price and the billing system calculates the prices based on the remaining period of the service as mentioned.

    Let us know if anything of the above isn't clear for you since you're the only one that keeps coming to this matter in a malicious way.
