Looking for Ryzen 9 7950X3D bare metal in FRA

Hi,
I'm looking for a bare metal Ryzen 9 7950X3D preferably, (but can settle for 7950 or 7950X as well) with the following specs:
64 GB DDR5
512GB or more NVMe
10 Gbps Port
The server will be used for a Solana trading bot, so I need the server to be in a data center as close as physically possible to FRA 01 (MainCubes).

Edit: My preferred CPU is the Ryzen 9 7950X3D. I'm not interested in any other CPU type or configuration unless the X3D is unavailable or the price difference is exceptionally significant.
