Give it time, and in a few days you'll see posts with offers and thousands of customers will request orders, and this situation will be forgotten. Or the administration will ignore it because of the advertising you see—almost 70% of which is for colocrossing. The bad thing is that small providers get blocked for minor errors or create threads over 50 pages long.
A provider who doesn't take action is seen differently—that's the difference, and they should realize that money drives everything!
