I am looking for a storage vps that will hold nextcloud and allow me with a tb of storage to run nextcloud quietly without lagg issues?

You can run Nextcloud on HostBrr's storageboxes. Not so performant but it works.

I was thinking monthly, however if there is an offer of 8 euros a year (which I think is impossible) gladly.
Since you need nextcloud maybe arm netcup vps2000
