    Hi @Ouji -- Based on your ping tests, both locations are performing very similarly for you, which is great! The latency difference is extremely minimal, so you really can't go wrong with either choice.

    With those ping results being so close, I'm confident that you will have an excellent experience with either location. That said, since you asked about the recent Ashburn upgrade - yes, we did significantly enhance that network with additional capacity and more carriers in the BGP blend. New hardware too - so go ahead and give that a try, and if for some reason you need to change locations, just open a ticket and our support team can assist with a migration. The first migration/location change request is always free :)

    Hi @mukhtharcm -- Please double check this, as this does not appear to be a numeric value shared (I am assuming a copy/paste error)

    If you can't locate the order number in your email, your invoice ID would work too which you can obtain from the Invoices section in the client area. Once you share the correct order number or invoice number, we'll be happy to take care of the bandwidth upgrade for you :)
